Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch
This is probably one of the easiest meals you can make and is a staple in our home at least once a week.
Here is what you’ll need:
A bag of chicken tenderloins
2 packets or ranch seasoning
2 bags of broccoli florets fresh or frozen (your preference)
A family size bag of mozzarella cheese (you can add as much as you want)
A small bottle of ranch dressing
A packet of bacon (raw or precooked)
I personally like the microwaveable bacon since it’s already pre cooked I can just throw it on top before putting it in the oven
Parmesan cheese
Assembly:
Thaw tenderloins and cube them. Begin sauteeing in a pan until cooked half way through and then add the two packets of ranch seasoning.
Continue to cook all the way through.
meanwhile cut and cook broccoli until moderately softened or to your desired softness.
cook bacon if you bought a raw pack.
Once everything is cooked the assembly is fairly simple. :)
In a large rectangular baking dish pour in your broccoli, chicken and ranch. Mix together until everything is coated with ranch dressing. Then spread out evenly.
Sprinkle everything with mozzarella cheese to your hearts desire. Proceed to spread with Parmesan cheese as well.
last step is to crumble and distribute the bacon. (THEE BEST PART!)
FINALLY:
bake in the oven at 350 until cheese has melted and bacon is crispy! Enjoy!
